Who hardly feels prepared when Monday arrives? Raising my hand real high because I have been working on finding ways to be prepare myself for the week to be more productive!
- Do a Brain Dump – Learned this from my girl, Brighton Butler. Everything that is in your brain, write it down. It is the best way to get all of your thoughts out onto paper where you can then start organizing them!
- Plan Out Your Week – Schedule your workouts, your YOU time, and when you will do what! You may not even realize how much a schedule does for you!
- Plan Out Your Meals and Grocery Shop if Needed – Decide what you are going to eat and go get any groceries if needed. Gives you one less thing to think about during the week!
- Clean Out Your Fridge – Make room for this weeks groceries and get rid of anything that is expired and no longer good. Always love a good organization task!
- Plan Outfits For The Week – I find that picking out your clothes for the week will help decrease those morning stress levels!
- Self-Care – Sundays are perfect for making extra time for yourself. Do that face mask you have been needing to do. Take a bubble bath with a glass of wine. Find the time for yourself!
- Relax – Unwind before the hectic week begins by spending a few hours relaxing!
- Go To Bed Early – Start your week off great by going to bed early. Getting behind on sleep at the beginning of the week will not benefit you being productive!
- Declutter and Pick Up The House – I enjoy having a house that is picked up because it will help you to begin your week off on a great foot. I spend 10 minutes when I get home from work every day to ensure my house stays maintained throughout the week!
- Do Laundry & Any Other Chores – Do any of those terrible chores that you don’t like to do. It will be worse if you have to complete them during the week when you are more tired!
When I can accomplish this list on a Sunday, my week starts out so much better. What are some must do tasks to help you start your week off great?
